So I discovered that a 365 project while in grad school and taking on a new role at work….didn’t really work out so well. I found myself dreading the moment I had to pick up my camera or open up Photoshop each day, and I hated the feeling. Taking a break was really what saved my desire to continue learning photography.
Rest assured, I’ve still been creating pictures! And I’m very excited to be taking the camera with me to San Francisco this weekend to give it a good workout when I go to visit Jessi, Matt and Ian. It’ll be interesting to see what I come home with!

Wine & Stars

I fell in love with this sweet little girl at BARCS, and just had to bring her home with me. She now answers to Daphne, which seems to suit her! She’s a belgian malinois, which is a type of shepherd.

Stamp Out Breast Cancer
I’ve been using Breast Cancer stamps almost exclusively since they came out. A bit more expensive, but the extra money goes to the Susan G Komen foundation.
